Camping in Sirao Peak

Last April 18-19, 2015, the NCR Trekkers organize ‘Camping at Sirao Peak’. Yey! I attended the event and really enjoyed it. We trekked thru the Kabang river in Budlaan then climb Sirao Peak which is approximately 750 meters above sea level.

Sirao Peak which is also locally known as Mt. Kan-irag or Perdo Calungsod Peak is a perfect hide out for those who love to escape from the busy city and  for those who don’t have enough time to go on a vacation somewhere else. It is nothing but a stone throw’s away from the city.

How we went there?

Meet @ Jolibee @ Gaisano Grand Mall Talamban
Take Motorcycle @ Sunnyhills to Brgy. Baogo – P25.00 fare
Start Trek from Kabang river in Budlaan (1st to 4th falls)
Start Climb to Mt. Sirao

As we arrived the place, we take pictures, setup our tents, rest, some are preparing dinner, some are chitchatting and playing card games.
